Meetings are held at 7 PM on the third Monday of the month (except for January, February and June when they are held on the next night -Tuesday - because of holidays). Kalmar Township Planning Commission
Meetings are held at the Kalmar Town Hall. The agenda for each meeting will be posted on this website at least 3 days prior to the meeting. Planning and Zoning meetings are typically held at 6:00pm on the Third Monday of any month having agenda items (except for January and February when the meeting date is the Third Tuesday). Meetings can also be held on a diferent date and time, but proper notice would be given.

Kalmar Township Board of Adjustment
Meetings of the Board of Adjustment are as needed.
The Kalmar Township Board of Adjustment is established in accordance with the Minnesota State Statutes. The board hears appeals of the Planning and Zoning board. They determine if there is a hardship involved and if they should override Planning and Zoning rulings.
Members:
The Board of Adjustment consists of 5 members. Three members are current Kalmar residents; the Chair of the board and the Town Clerk make up the other two members.
